The Township of Tay WILL violate your Constitutional Rights, your Personal Privacy Rights as well as the Bill of Rights. This includes the Council (Mayor Scott Warnock, Deputy Mayor David Richie, Councillor Jim Crawford, Sandy Talbot, Gerrard LaChapelle, Heinrich Naumann, Catherine Root) as well as the CAO (Robert Lamb) and the other "custodians of Private Information" at the town. If they try to violate your rights by applying their in house employee policies on you, see "Bracken vs Fort Erie (Town)" as they are not allowed to use their internal employee policies against the Tax payer. However after they have....they will ignore their indiscretions waiting for the taxpayer to straighten out their mess! See @OTayTayTownship on Twitter.
