Women’s change area nice and large- showers available but form what I hear the men’s is just a small room. Fairly basic gym, massage chairs are nice if you have the black card.

This location is very clean and the kind of separation of each area or workout room based on how the building is laid out (L-shaped) kind of helps privacy if that's a concern. Locker room is clean also and staff is friendly. The major drawbacks (as I use my Toronto home gym as a benchmark) is that some of the Smith machines seem dated and based on the space I believe this gym could get claustrophobic if January 2nd falls on a Monday. It may be convenient for some though cause it is located in a Loblaw supermarket so you can workout then shop or grab a protein bar.

Honestly this gym sucks. I go here 5-6 days a week because it's convenient and not expensive. There are always at least two treadmills out of service, I swear they take turns. Weight machines are always breaking and getting them fixed just seems to take for ages. There are no fans, which really really sucks in the cardio area. Like really sucks. Parts of the building are falling apart. There are two saving graces though: the staff are totally awesome and the regulars are super kind and supportive and helpful.

Quite a nice gym for the price. Overall good selection equipment, however a second lat pull down machine would be a nice addition as its almost always in use. I must say it has an odd vibe from the employees however. If they're not sitting in massage chairs on their phones, they seem offended when you ask them for anything. I guess the service is reflective of a discount gym?

You get so much for a great price! Can get busy.
