Beautiful location. It's glass on three corners of the space giving you a nice view of outside and ample lighting in the daytime while you workout. The space does not seem that big so when gym rush hour comes along there might be some waiting to use equipment but the space was clean when I went there on a Sunday afternoon, both changing rooms and the workout area. Machines all seem to be in good condition but I still didn't see some of the machines when in comparison to my home club.

I've only been there a couple of times since I've gotten my membership and am both pleased and disappointed in different areas. I signed up for the black card membership strictly because I wanted to have tanning included. One time I went in for a night workout and realized they aren't staffed overnight so you're not able to tan or shower during those times (or so it seems). With that in mind, I went back midday around 4pm hoping to tan after my workout and again, not a single person at the desk for the 2 hours I was there. Not that the black card membership is a lot of money, but it seems useless to me when half the time it seems like there's not a single person working to assist you when you need it. Maybe someone was hiding in the back room the entire time I was there but that in itself would be unprofessional and is pretty unlikely since it was a peak time. In addition to this, I'd love to use the massage beds put I guess you need some kind of code? I'm not sure where I'd get this either with my black card membership. I looked in my email and couldn't find anything referring to this and again, nobody working for me to properly ask. The gym itself has great equipment and is clean and tidy so really you can't complain with the price the membership comes at, but I feel like they just don't inform their customers what exactly they're signing up for let alone inform them what's included in their membership in detail. I think if they added water fountains (which seems like an obvious one) and making it clear when their staff hours are.. then that'd be the first step in the right direction. As of now though, pretty disappointed honestly.

Out of the couple fit4less locations I've been to, this is definitely the better one. Perhaps it's because it's newer than the others and I hope it gets well maintained. It's clean, nothing is broken, it's better equipped than the other locations etc.

Great facility. Just need to inform some 'not so serious' gym bunnies that sitting on equipment while on your phone for 15 minutes during peak hours is not being very considerate.

Good gym but no water fountain. The equipment look solid but it actually does not allow for proper lifting form. I think cost and durability was chosen over quality and user needs but that’s expected of a budget gym. The gym is kept very clean and has more than other fit4less locations. Because it’s new and attached to the head quarters it does get exceptionally busy at the typical peak times.
