Awesome place to find great deals about electronics and electric stuff. Staff members are very polite and friendly. Organization of stuff is clean, so even a first time visitor can find stuff easily.

Mostly kids running around who don’t know what they are doing. I have low vision and I’m getting tired of asking Best Buy what the price is on something, being told wrong, then not finding out till I get home and have to go all he way back to rectify it. I have been also dealing with a large appliance issue through them. Fist time it was supposed to be delivered Best Buy conveniently lost the freezer. I get rescheduled for the next day and the shipper arrives an hour late and the freezer is damaged. In the end I’m getting a complete refund to try my business somewhere where customers matter a little more then they do at Best Buy.

In general, the customer service is great. The few times I've been there, the sales associate has gone out of their way to find me the best deal. Sometimes the wait has been long because of things they can't control.

I went into the store and bought a dryer. Two weeks later it was delivered. It did not blow hot air. ? Called up and arranged for a replacement. Two weeks past and the replacement came, visibly broken. I refused to allow it in the house. Asked questions about getting a replacement for the replacement. Two weeks past and the replacement of the replacement came....visibly broken, again. Same thing happen, talked to delivery people, who are now laughing at my bad luck, who got another re re replacement. I called up complaint line. They said go to store. I go to store. The say one is on the way. It was on the way, a few days later I get it. Broken again. Starting to wish I had taken pictures as I'm wondering if they keep sending me same broken one. Finally get offered 100$ store credit. I ask over phone if they could keep the money and just deliver me a dryer. They said i had to come in. Came in and got money back and store credit after you guys picked up dryer. A few days ago I got a call from your service desk asking if I still wanted a dryer, saying they could just deliver a working one, without me having to go to store again. I asked they how that would work as I paid cash. They then said u would have to go back to the store. And, well , no. Feel bad for Allen the sales guy, he was nice, even the delivery people who I did have a few good laughs with, but if you want what you paid for. Try somewhere else.
