The staff are great. They help me through the toughest days. The winter blues. The mile stones of being able to do up the belt to putting on my own socks. All ways a smile thanks ladies. Vi

I started the EWYN weight Loss Program in Tillsonburg last October, 2018. I have been thrilled with my results!!! I have knee and hip problems and cannot do any cardio whatsoever...if I did, I would have severe pain and swelling. But with their help, they encourage me stick to their meal plans, continue with supplements, and keep working at it. Some days, it is hard to eat all of the food I am supposed to, because the meals fill me up quickly!!! I was amazed how their right combination of foods has led me to a now 35 lb weight loss. To me, this program is soooo worth it! I'm already down quite a few sizes. I'm going to keep working with the councillors there as I have a bit more weight to lose. Thanks Ewyn!!!!
