It is a gym where they have a really nice changing room, a restaurant and a steam room. I found their classes are extremely crowded and the instructors are not really showing you anything. If you are already a Pro and looking for a nice place to workout then this is maybe the place to be. I was looking for a boot camp and this place is nothing close to a boot camp. You only do very basic things in the class unless you book a personal trainer, no one will show you how to use the machines and which workout is for what kind of muscle groups.

Hard to find at first, very friendly staff, great change room, eucalyptus infused towels but it is still just a gym. Nothing spectacular about the machines or the layout, just lots of equipment. Amazing boutique for apparel equipment provided for the classes. No need to carry your mat.

Great gym with lots of awesome classes. Does get busy right after work, but it doesn’t affect quality of workouts with PT or classes in any way. Really nice staff, very pleasant to deal with. I’ve been working out with PT Simone and she’s completely transformed my body and my lifestyle. Couldn’t be happier, and as long as you stay consistent it is definitely worth every penny. I’ve also tried their massage at the Spa and Sarah did such an amazing job. They work with your PT to focus on areas that need improvement. Change rooms are always clean and stocked with product and everything you need to get ready and go on with your day after gym. It’s in the Path, steps away from King subway station, so no need to go outside during cold winter month. :)
