Great neighborhood spot. Unassuming and humble. I leave feeling I've accomplished something and I see many different fitness skill levels, so that makes me feel welcome and encouraged. It's got all the tools I need for a 'personal training in a small group' setting. Love it.

I love FitZone Plus. With the beginner yoga classes, the instructor, Nessa, allowed me to make peace with Yoga by making sure to offer different options for each movement, which is very appreciated for an obese person like me. I appreciate her respect, gentleness and encouragement. With the Restorative Yoga class she reminds us that *Your Body, Your Yoga* that way I become aware of my body and it's disposition.

LOVE this place! Tried the new client special to check them out and see what they are all about. As a PLUS size person, I was nervous to try a gym again. I've been let down so many times. The staff are so friendly and offer options of challenge in the Group Personal Training Class. With yoga, I'm really loving how all the instructors know exactly what options and modifications I need! After my first month, I'm happy to say I've now become a monthly member. Looking forward to what's next!

Excellent classes, no pressure whatsoever. I am not the most coordinated, but half way into the Latin dance class I was able to let loose and have a lot of fun. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff and classmates. Highly recommend! Ya the 1 star is obviously fake all the review are from someone with only 1 review.

Love this little spot on the Danforth. No judgement, super nice staff and really fun classes. Just annoyed I didn't discover it sooner!
