The variety of classes offered at Main never ceases to amaze me as there is a fitness class for everyone. Main fitness is known for their skilled instructors who continually inspire, challenge and instruct both the members and guests. Try this Gym, you won't be disappointed. And...the owners are a pretty cool trio :-). They're always around and willing to help you with your fitness goals. Whether you're a starter, middle of the couch potato, or pumped to go? Check this gem out

In an industry characterized by a short life span and high turnover of personnel, Main Fitness stands the test of time. A great facility, great people and dedicated clientele. I'd recommend it to anyone living in The Beaches area.

It feels like our own personal fitness studio. Friend staff and best instructors with safety as top priority. We also have on hand therapeutic therapy services available. Various workshops throughout the year which include: information on nutrition (away from conventional health) Bone broth available, new products for energy. Outdoor activities: biking, hiking (weather permitting) No fad diets, no products to buy just good info.

My experience with Main Fitness began when I signed up for their Yoga Teacher Training. Little did I know what an amazing and transformational time it would be. The teachers are great in both knowledge and practice, and beyond inspiring. The availability of so many other types of fitness classes encouraged me to try things outside my comfort zone (weights, gravity, trx, dance, kettlebells.) I love the whole community there, and the enlightened teaching on nutrition and movement is blow-your-mind good!!!
