Quite, spacious studio in Little India. It's easy to find free street parking in the area. Good for doing parties and private events. There is an interesting combination of different styles of yoga, reiki, reflexology and other services.

Heal with Kare is an oasis where you find different types of yoga. Karen is friendly, gentle and very knowledgeable. Her classes are for anyone and she guides you through your practice with care and patience. The aerial yoga is amazing and everyone should try it! As for meditation, she guides you through it wonderfully. It is by far the best yoga place I have been to.

My daughter has been notorious for attending one to two sessions of any given after school class and then finding a reason to leave it! But not the aerial yoga class that Karen teaches! I think there are several reasons for this. Karen is kind, patient, approachable and uses skills honed from years of working with special needs kids. The kids obviously gravitate toward her loving but firm style and just are shining under her tutelage. I would not hesitate in recommending Karen's classes to anyone but particularly young girls who are in need of strong, secure and loving role models. I think Karen is just wonderful.
