Worst Gym Ever. All what they care about is sales; they would tell you about a family promotion offer, then you find out that they are not applying the promotion on the payments. They overcharged us 11 bi-weekly payments, and they wont pay it back. When I tried to call them, all what they did for 1 hour is apologizing and directing me to all different types of departments. And of course you can't get your money back when it is with Goodlife. Personal trainers sessions is all about convincing you with buying more sessions instead of doing workouts, so you basically pay for personal trainer session to give them more time to convince you to buy more sessions.

Great newer location lots of equipment, clean. The good news is I get to visit any good life location as a member.

I do one of my two daily workouts here. I believe every place has a sort of a "culture", driven mostly by the members. Here only a small part of the weights are in the right place (if at all on the rack) - never seen anything like this in any of the other locations I frequent. Often people leave towels on the shower floor - think that if you go there long enough, you'll end up wiping your face with that. Sometimes when they shave or brush teeth they leave all that mess in the sink. Again, this is mostly about the patrons. I often wonder what the staff could do to change things, especially in today's "politically correct" world...

This place feels tiny for a major hub. The space is downstairs so there are no windows, only florescent lights. Upstairs is almost non existent as the the space is such an odd shape and you feel like you are in the way. It is also a bit awkward that classes occur in the same area as the machines rather than having their own studio.

The staff seemed friendly , but the locker room could use some TLC. Equipment was in good working order.
