This is my home gym. It’s consistently clean, and the staff are very helpful. I’ve been approached by a few trainers hoping to find clients but they were very friendly and not pushy at all. One time I forgot my lock combination so I had to get it cut, and the staff were quick to help. Also, although I haven’t used it myself, this location has a swimming pool. My only complaint is that parking can be slim pickings during peak hours but definitely doable!

Pretty good gym. Free weights area big. Activity room is quite large. Has a great variety of machines and set up nicely. Change room is decent. Clean, doesn't smell, decent locker size, spacious. Staff was alright. Can have more water fountains.

Good life is just awful in general. But this location is the worst. I hate that the main entrance is around the corner. I hate that the only way in and out is on Yonge Street just south of highway 7. One of the busiest intersections at every time of the day. The way in and out is not controlled by a light or stop sign. So getting in coming from North, you have to go thru two lanes of traffic while blocking south bound lanes. And try getting out quickly. If you are going south, you have to cross to lanes of traffic. And if you are trying to go north, make a right, but only if a good Samaritan chooses to let you in. It ain't happening. The worst!

I had to review my past comment about this place as I came to know more about it. After using this gym for 9 months I was told that towels are charged additionally. That was not mentioned when I signed the contract as the person who shown me around was actually showing that "we have fresh towels", etc. This is clear misrepresentation and false advertising and even thought I discussed with 2 people in charge on duty they both rejected to provide towels to me. It's not a big deal for me as I can take a towel from home but it shows a level of service and how they value you as a client. I will review either I want to visit this place in 3 months as my renewal is due but new client be aware. Another thing their machines need some maintenance. A lot of them leather parts are getting worn out and still not replaced. Need to look for another place now

One of the better locations in the GTA. I find this location one of the cleaner ones. Large facility with lots of machines and classes. They have a really cool meditation room and a little snack bar with some healthy options. I have been to many Goodlife locations and I think this one is one of their best spots! Staff is okay I find they are not so engaged with the customers they seem to usually bring socialist amongst them selves a lot and not so helpful when you need something. That is the reason for the 4 star otherwise I would have given this location a 5 star.
