The space is very cramped. Machines are laid out awkwardly and too close together. No space to workout. When the personal training section gets blocked off, it is even worse. It takes up a good junk of the gym. Walked in two days ago and 6 treadmills plus a steps machine was out of order. The steps has been like that for over 2 weeks now. You can tell cleanliness is not important, a lot of staff just standing around at front desk folding towels. Meanwhile many times there is no paper towel in the dispenser, I will be very honest if i go to a dispenser and there is no paper towel i do not bother walking around looking for a full one if you do not care about your gym then why should I, this has happened on many occasions. In the ladies bathroom the personal hygiene box has been out of order according to the staff at the front desk when i asked " for years, cant remember it ever even working". Worst of all it is always smelly and clammy in there, very poor air circulation, stuffy and gross. Needs a complete reno/makeover!
