I enjoy this gym. Large and spacious, lots of sunlight, and many options to choose from. Much better than your typical GoodLife located anywhere in GTA

Quite sorry to learn this location is closing. Seems quite short sighted to me - with the development in the area ( large condo and apartment complexes going up over the next year) there will be a substantive influx of people to the area, and this is the only gym in the area.

I used to have a membership here, so that I could lift weight. For about half a year I was very happy, repeating my usual routine, then I was told I was not allowed to put more than 300 pounds on the leg press or I would risk injuring myself, and the employee insisted I must use a particular machine to show him my knees were okay like his, without any guarantees that I would be allowed to continue to use the weight machines like I had been, so I did not put myself on display for criticism and left after being told I was welcome to have a membership and be there but not to lift my level of weight my way. It was distressing to me that my routine was thus interrupted. It seemed to me that my being told I was not allowed to continue my routine after many months of safe work-outs since some satanic gang people did not like it that I lifted more weight than they could and the gym complied with them instead of with making any plain honest sense.. I have already proved in many ways that I do not hurt myself and I do not appreciate anybody who tried to stop me from free enjoyment of commerce in the community so they could comply with gangs who want me to be harmed. I asked the gym to contact me if they changed their mind and they did not. I did not see the point in continuing to have a membership to a gym if I was expected to stand around instead of working out.

Great place to go if you don't mind it a little warm. If you go during the day as it is on the 2nd floor it can get warm in the summer, but in the winter it's a blessing. Also it doesn't get very busy here even during peak times. Ice been going for 2 years now and will never stop unless they close the doors. Please don't do that GoodLife!!!
