Great atmosphere. Mr. Randall is a very positive young man, very helpful to a beginner (yoga) like myself. Enjoyed the ambiance and positive vibes of this particular studio.

I love this place. My yoga skills have grown tremendously since I've started. I couldn't do a head stand or hand stand when I began my practice now I can't keep my feet on the ground. Jamel is professional and always showing the class different ways to challenge yourself without damaging yourself. I've also gotten massages from him that were outstanding. I'll give this studio five stars any day!!

Absolutely the best massage of my life! The entire space is very clean and well organized. The massage space was very relaxing the minute I stepped inside. Jamel had a very sweet energy that enhanced my experience. I left feeling amazing!

The experience is like no other. Jamel's massages are theee best, I've ever had. Some people massage too fast or too hard, his touch is just right. Overall the environment is positive and your missing out if you don't check it out.
