Definitely a smaller GoodLife with more limited offerings. I had a membership however a few things bothered me including weird garbage and bakery smells coming up through the floors, and also when water damage started coming through the wall in the main studio room and a speaker nearly fell off the wall. The smell of mold and mildew from the water damage was so strong It was gross. Needless to say I discontinued my membership and moved elsewhere.

They need more weights. Heavyier barbells would be nice. Maybe even dumbbells. But the main thing for sure is more of the plates. I was using the smith machine for squats/hip thrusts while someone else was using the normal squat rack and we were both running out of weights! They need atleast 2 more 45s, 2 more 35s, and 2 more 25s. ATLEAST. Who says girls canâ€™t lift heavyier especially when trying to build those lower body curves!

I like this club. The staff and the patrons are really nice. Everyone puts the weights back in the proper spots and is willing to let you work into most sets. I don't find the weights very busy. The cardio area does get busy. The towel service works well. Thanks for all the hard work to keep the club so nice.

Decent gym. However I think they really need a few more lower body machines. Maybe another hamstring machine and I 100% think they would benefit from a smith machine. A lot of women can be intimidated to start squats on the squat rack and the smith machine is perfect for the extra assistance. Also you can do so many workouts on the smith machine. (Lower and upper) I think this would be a great investment in helping women tone their curves and build shape.
