I joined the Hit a couple months ago and it absolutely changed my life! I have always been very energetic. Being part of a sports study, my whole world revolved around being active. I unfortunately had to drop everything when I became very ill on November 2018. After my recovery, I was looking for something new that would make me feel stronger physically, emotionally and mentally. Thatâ€™s when I found the Hit. It was completely out of my comfort zone at first and then it suddenly became my second home. Their is always something new to learn and a way to improve our skills, everyone is genuinely nice and encouraging and the trainers... donâ€™t even get me started on how motivating they are. They go out of their way to push me to surpass my limits every single time I smash the circuit. I feel stronger than I ever have and I can definitely say that I have become a badass!

30 minute HIT is such an addictive workout, it makes it easy achieve your personal goals. The trainers and owners are extremely supportive and encouraging, coaching you every step of the way. Other members are friendly and never fail to show their support as well. I have been apart of this communHITy for 6 months and thoroughly enjoy every part of this great experience. My daughter, has now joined as well and is crushing HIT. I can say with confidence, that taking 30 minutes for an entire body workout a day, is something we all deserve, and that joining 30 minute HIT is the way to go.

I absolutely love this gym! The staff is so friendly & genuine! Iâ€™ve never been to a gym with an environment as positive & motivating! The workouts are fun, empowering & you burn so many calories! I highly recommend this place!

I joined in December and it's honestly one of the best choices I made! Every time I go to the Hit, I feel motivated, energetic and happy to be in an environment filled with good people and music. The trainers are very helpful and honestly the best push we all need to get better results! However, I do wish they were opened every morning during the week just like the West-Island location.

AWESOME place to work out. I love 30 Minute Hit Vaudreuil. Itâ€™s fun and fast! The trainers really pay attention to help you with technique and are super motivating. Everyone there is so nice. In 30 mins I can work up a sweat, feel that Iâ€™ve done some good exercise and relieve some stress. Iâ€™ve really seen an improvement in my strength from when I first started. Going to the gym was never for me until I did my free trial at 30 Min Hit and I was hooked!
