Very professional instructors and friendly environment. More particularly, Jun is not only a good Pilates trainer, she also has a very diversified knowledge on the body and the training combined the oriental and occidental cultures, which will be highly beneficial to improve your health. Je vous recommande fortement à essayer et à découvrir une nouvelle expérience!

When I began running long distances I knew that I had to become stronger. I didn't know what to do, because I've always hated going to the gym and also don't enjoy the classic 'boot camps'. Luckily, a friend suggested I try out Pilates du Plateau, and I've been going regularly ever since (Bar Pilates, Mat Pilates, and TRX!) No matter which class you take, the size is small (max 6 people), the instructors are experts, and the results are amazing! Now that I regularly go to class, I am leaner, have better posture, and am a better runner. Another benefit is that since the classes are so small, it doesn't matter what level you are when you begin. You get personalized instruction every time! The classes are full of people of all ages, genders, and fitness levels. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable, affordable, and effective way to get fit!

Enjoyable and challenging classes. Energetic and encouraging instructors. I came here to get in shape and strengthen my body. I definitely feel and look more toned. Highly recommended for both beginners and advanced like.

Love the small intimate setting. Feels like private classes at group pricing. Jun keeps it interesting with lots of variety in the work outs.

I'm a new mom getting back into shape after having a baby, and I had a great personalized experience with Jun at Pilates du Plateau. I took the 3 private introductory lessons, and Jun brought special attention to my needs. She made a thorough analysis of my fitness level to begin with, and then thoroughly discussed with me what issues I wanted to especially work on. She explains the exercises clearly, and is great at pushing her students without over-doing it. I would highly recommend private lessons to begin with, followed by a group course.
