Service le plus lent que je n'ai jamais reçu ! Ils étaient quatre, nous étions deux clients à attendre et j'ai dû patienter près de 20 minutes. Pas souriant. Comptoir sale.

Ils sont incompétents! Ils m'ont transmis de la mauvaise information. Ils ont chargé notre carte de crédit suite au retrait verbal d'utiliser celle-ci. Ils ont doublé charger pour des narcotiques class "A" et détruite des prescriptions valides. Je vous recommande: PJC Jean Coutu - 1065 rue de Saint-Jovite Éviter les mots de têtes

Je n'ai jamais apprécié cet endroit pour plusieurs situations désagréables: Facturé 2 fois le même produit. Refus de faire le prix rabais indiqué sur l'étiquette avec la bonne description. Obligé à signer un chèque-coupon même si c'est clairement indiqué que ce doit être le détaillant... Et la mauvaise presse du propriétaire dans les médias n'aide sûrement pas...
