State of the art well established gym in the Montreal area for many decades. Highly dedicated staff. The best is yet to come. Spacious and cozy atmosphere huge locker rooms, high ceilings. Outstanding restaurant, with a menu that stands appart from the eveyday basics, which means Pizza, Burgers etc, great siting not to mention, when you treat customers right they come back and tell others. keep up your good work !!

Worst experience ever, customer service is horrible once you get a membership, you no longer exist except to charge you extra fees for suspending, for cancellation, etc. For 120$+/month is a RIPOFF, and they had promised me they would cancel and refund me the suspension fees for my 1-month vacation, then never did, and still charged me to this DAY. Then I wanted to cancel my membership and no one ever called me back, and they charged me an extra month to cancel so another 120$+, it's ridiculous and NOT worth the money. All my fave group classes teachers left over the year, the installations are old and not taken care of, they really don't care about anything anymore, don't waste your time and money. #boycott

Great gym proposing many classes Monday to Saturday, including a CrossFit section.

Like some have stated in their reviews, new owner or administration is not good. They have cut off on the service over the years. You used to be able to buy a shake after workout in the evening now their snack bar closes early. That is just one example. Machines are ok, but many good group class teachers have left over the years. I was a member for 7 years, i just left a few weeks ago. Too expensive now for what it is worth.
