Changing rooms and equipment aren't cleaned often. Terrible service on top of that. A few times, the music was blasting behind me and could barely hear what the person at the counter was saying, had to repeat many times and she never lowered the volume... Few months later I had to move for work, I asked to speak with the Manager to discuss and agreement regarding my year subscription. The manager didn't want to show up and was constantly sending the person at the counter back and forward to give me answers. I still have to pay for my year contract even though I wont be there for the next 8 months. Normally there is a way to pay a penalty to break the contract.
