I've been going to planet fitnesses for about 5/6 years now! This by far is one of the best Planet Fitnesses that I've ever been to! From the staff to the gym itself I give it a 10! All the staff are very friendly, and the gym is extremely clean. I've been going here about 5 months now and enjoy it all the time! Stop by you won't regret it!

Tried to cancel my membership via a letter about a month ago(as I have done before and the website states you can do) they still haven’t cancelled it. I tried calling 3 different phone numbers and they all go straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. The staff turn over there is pretty sad and several of the machines are usually “out of order”. I haven’t gone there in several months and likely won’t be back. I will give them that the bathrooms are always spotless no matter how busy it is in there. Probably one of the only restrooms I’d use outside of my house.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband opened an account with planet fitness and they opened two accounts( which we had not realized right off) -so they have been charging our account over $100 a month we have tried canceling over the phone it is very difficult for us to make it to planet fitness because we moved further away and cannot get to the post office to mail a certified letter they requested for cancelling during the post office business hours (again due to working). The employees were nice however I did not hear back from the first person I spoke with and had to call back about the issue - I was told I could email upper management but did not find contact information on the website. I was also told they “don’t do refunds” but THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING US FOR TWO ACCOUNTS…I feel scammed and extremely upset.

I want to start off by saying I do have a balance of about $120 I owed planet fitness at the time of writing this. I had been busy the past few months and forgot to pay the monthly charges. I went in about 3 weeks ago after not going for about 3 months and when I checked in my application on my phone notified me about this outstanding balance. No big deal, I will pay it. I didn't have the funds on hand that day so I told the people working there I would pay on Wed June 21st. I was told no big deal, that's fine. I went in yesterday on June 20th and was kicked out because I hadn't paid. Even though i was told the 21st is okay to pay. Apparently I was "warned" about paying and when I reminded the person who was kicking me out that I will be paying my bill the 21st, they didn't seem to care a whole lot. I asked if they could make an exception and he said his manager would not allow that. I didn't even bother asking to speak with the manager because I was upset.

I was told the owner decided to remove the only table and chairs they had for a sitting or signing on new members. I particularly used the area to take my supplements before working out. I wait until the energy boost kicks or so. It wasn’t a bright thing to remove that area.
