This Anytime Fitness is one of the best I've been to! Definitely worth going to. A couple pointers: 1. Where is the clock? There is a big empty wall just begging for there to be a big clock there. People need to know the time! 2. The absence of a shoe rack leaves the entrance feeling a little empty and disorganized. 3. The stair climber is right under a heat vent. Can it be moved to a better location? All in all, it is very nice and a good atmosphere.

I never ever write reviews but the behaviour of the manager sarah today warrants this review. I signed up at the anytime in airdrie 1 month ago as i am back and forth from there and saskatoon working. I have 2 training partners/work colleagues(who are members) that were in town here in saskatoon over the weekend. We figured wed go check out the anytime here as i had been enjoying it. When we went through the door at 8pm i scanned my fob key to unlock the door and we all 3 walked in thinking nothing of it. I had only had this thing for a month i didnt know everyone had to scan through the door. Fast forward to today and sarah brings me into the office. She shows us on camera and accuses me of "sneaking" people in. I tried to explain to her very reasonably that it was simply ignorance on my part and i had no intentions of "stealing" gym time. Rather than giving me, the customer, the member of her gym, the benefit of the doubt and reminding me everyone needs to scan, she begins calling me a liar and a thief. She goes onto say she banned my key fob before she even spoke with me and i am lucky that she didnt charge me 250$ per person i let in for rule violation. She then goes onto tell me if it EVER happens again shell make sure i wont be able to go into anytime fitness in any city let alone this one. I had enough by this point and began taking my key chain apart and she says "better choose your next move carefully cause ill charge you that 500 this is only a stern warning" she also had something snarky to say as she followed me out the exit but i had my headphones on couldnt hear her by this time. Well sorry sarah nobody will want to continue to go to a gym where they have had their name slandered through the management! Youve alienated a customer. Sarah if this is how you deal with your customers i will have no part of it and anyone who approaches me about the gym i will tell them to not go to sarahs gym "anytime" , and by the looks of these reviews i see im not the only one whos had trouble with you. Stay away people!
