Since my complaint was deleted. Here we go again. I went to see a movie last night. When I went into the bathroom I noticed garbage on the floor. I kinda said eh probably some kids or a busy night for staff. As I walked further into the women's restroom I was greeted by the smell of sewage. Though I figured there was a bathroom stall out of service so must be just a short turn issue. No problem. So I get to a stall and sit to do my business. The stall smelled like piss so bad. And as I turned my head to the left I see a giant water mark on the wall of the stall! I figured ... no way it could be. As I further investigated and I take a small smell of what was on the wall I come to find that this giant water mark that had completely dryed was not water. It was urine!
I have never in my life been in a restroom so unsanitary in my life. I brushed aside the garbage, the smell, the poor maintenance, the dirty handles, the dirty counter top. But at what point do you say enough is enough. Well that when there's urine up the wall. It makes me wonder what the kitchens In this theatre are like or the staff room and the the seating. This is how much they care for there paying customers! They don't even bother to clean up biohazards!
