I came for a quick demo of some Klipsch speakers and I left with one an amazing customer service experience. Tony is friendly, honest, and very knowledgable about the product he sells. If you need any A/V equipment, come visit Radiocrafts today.

Great little shop. Owner is super knowledgeable and helpful. Prices compete with the big stores and online, and a better product.

The shop does not look like much from the outside but I cannot tell you how happy I was with the service inside!!! I did not feel pressured to buy at all and all my questions were answered. I went in looking for headphones for a flight I was taking that day and I really felt like they went out of the way to make sure I had a positive experience. Will be back for sure!

If you are looking for speakers for HiFi or Home Theatre gear THIS is the place to go. I got amazing service. Knowledgable, passionate, not pushy or aggressive. I walked away very impressed. They definitely have some amazing products. A highlight being the selection of top to bottom of the line Klipsch products. 5-Stars well deserved.
