Just thought we'd try this one as it is fairly new. I have to hand it to Cineplex, they have definitely done a great job with this cinema. Have only tried one of the screens so far, #1 AVX so you would expect it to be good, but the reclining seat with leg rests (you know the sort, something about a young man without get up and go) blew me away! So comfortable. Lots of space. And the seats were in pairs so that you could lift the arm rest out of the way if you need to lend a shoulder to hide behind!

We love this place. I really think that it is time to drop the food prices though. The theater would find more people would come more often. Increasing profits substantially. We all know 50 lb bags of pop corn costs very little and profits are still huge at a lower retail rate. Thank you This is a beautiful theater Love the recliners and the deals for booking online. The staff are very friendly

I liked the quality of the popcorn, and the fact that Ciniplex finally has recliners but they are noticeably smaller than Landmark recliners and they don't go back nearly as far. They are also not cushy and lazy boy like. They are kind of cheaper quality and hard. And there's less space around you than landmark. But the popcorn here is, much better quality. So overall, not bad. Obviously better than no recliner at all.

We recently saw a movie in the Clubhouse theatre at the East Hills Cineplex. Our 5 year old loved the climbing stucture, but thought the side was too fast and a bit scary. It was awesome to have somewhere for her to run around before the movie. The screen was smaller than a typical theatre and there were fewer seats. There is a balcony with two rows of seating, which we ended up swapping our seats for. The ones in the main floor seemed too close to the screen. The seats on the balcony were very comfy recliners! There was dim lighting throughout the movie and the sound wasn't as loud as a typical theatre, perfect for kids. The movie was listed and charged for as as 3D, but wasn't actually. I'm assuming it was to cover the cost of the play structure and additional staff. Will definitely be back again.

This theater is the worst. Yes the seats are great but that is about it. The customer service portion is awful. Having to get in line just to get a drink is ridiculous. It took 30 min. So when going you need to consider that else you will be late for your movie. I am already getting my popcorn and snacks why is it so hard to include the drink. If all newer theaters start doing that i will just bring in my own drink. The theater itself was very plain too nothing special. I will not be going back there again. Like i said the seats were nice touch. Just be prepared for the long long wait when your getting a drink.Oh there is no free refills either. Honestly there is so many people in line you could easily refill no one would even notice.
