Knowledgeable, friendly service with no up-selling. Delivery was fast and on time and the person who assembled my barbecue was methodical, careful - and cleaned up! Recommended highly!

We have used Aquafire for a few years now for all of our essential oil needs. Knowing that they also stocked BBQ's we decided to order one from them. Initially unimpressed with certain aspects of the transaction, largely down to delays with the shipment (grill had to be ordered in) & a breakdown in communication we were unhappy. Having informed them that we were not pleased they went above and beyond to ensure when we eventually got our grill, we were more than happy. They made things right and we will continue to use them & would recommend to others.

Keep up the great work and looking forward to dealing with AquaFire Leisure again the future! I love that I did not have to shop in the city as they had everything I needed with the same big city prices just like they mention , great offers and its local . Support local business!
