This is definitely one of the nicest spas in Banff and area. The services are on the higher side, but if you book a body treatment or facial, you are granted access to the mineral pools, sauna, inhalation room, steam room and hot tubs all found with the spa. They also have a nice outdoor hot tub with some mountain views between trees. They have nice co-ed lounge if you come with a mixed party and have complimentary tea, coffee, and cookies. Advanced reservations for weekends are pretty much mandatory. One thing to note, the nail file they use in the salon I find leave small catches on my nails. My nails are quite soft so perhaps it's individual. All in all, a nice way to spend a quiet day relaxing in the mountains.

The front desk is disorganized, seems to be a lot of new staff, some mistakes were made. The spa itself is very good, we come almost every year, this year the massages were not as consistent as other years, my wife's was different from mine. The service inside is good, separate lounge for men and women, and a common lounge for both, where meals can be ordered in. This is still one of our favourite spas in Canada, despite the front desk experience (management quickly rectified the errors).

By far one of the nicest spas I've ever had the chance to go to. Location aside, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Employees went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I truly enjoyed our experience.

One of the best spas I’ve visited. The mineral pools and steam room were amazing, and the services (mani/pedi) were great as well. It’s worth the money to visit this spa.

The facility is nice but the service is not worth the percentage you are obligated to tip. In the spa eating area our food arrived so late that I could not even dine with my companion (as his appointment began before the food was delivered). Even though there is a designated eating area, the hotel still charges you a $6 delivery fee and an 18% gratuity. I would be happy with this if the service was at least reasonable. The staff fail to inform you about the fact that gratuity has already been added and do not even respond when things are requested of them. I asked for packaging for the food I couldn't finish (as I had ordered for two but ended up eating alone) and this process took more than 20 minutes. I was first delivered a box without containers for sauce and asked if I could have containers for sauce. The server responded yes and continued to tidy up and refill things then left and never came back. I then had to call for the delivery of packaging again and the wrong packaging was delivered. There were no apologies for my wasted time. The service is also not consistent between clients as all other clients in the lounge were offered the ability to store their food in refrigeration and I was never offered this service. While I would like to return to the nice facilities I doubt I ever will because of the service.
