I am looking into the Chord Hugo2 and I'm glad to see that the Audio Room is the dealer for Chord Electronics here in Calgary. I recently moved to Calgary but I have visited this store once before and was really pleased when a excited salesman got me to sit down with the Focal Utopia last summer. What a great experience. I was blown away by the headphones and ever since have been listening to music differently. I always felt comfortable here and they have some of the best brands.

I was returning to vinyl and having some trouble getting my turntable set up. I went into The AudioRoom for a preamp and some advice. They could not have been more helpful, especially Chris and Greg. Chris’ knowledge and enthusiasm for music and sound quality was inspiring, and he went above and beyond regular customer service getting me up and running. I’ll return to The AudioRoom for all my future upgrades!

The Audio Room staff are very friendly and knowkegable about their products. They take the time to understand your needs and recommend equipment in your price range. I've purchased items from them for about 15 years now and have always been happy with both the service and the electronics!

Purchased a set of PMC speakers, amplifier and DAC from here. Service was absolutely top notch and 3 years later, the speakers still stun me with their sound.

Very caring and patient salespeople. They were kind and offered excellent suggestions given our budget. The purchase process for us was personal and they made sure that the system we purchased sounded the best in our listening room.
