My mistake getting wrong seat online. Ended up front row for 3D movie. Staff very friendly and cooperative getting better seats for us. Happy with kiosk ticketing. Refreshment line moved quickly. Good options if not used to better, of which some better not available are, back of seats don't go down far enough to be comfortable seeing screen esp if in closer rows to screen, no options for extra/different popcorn seasonings and no extra smaller/individual containers when purchasing large popcorn so everyone doesn't have to put their hands in same popcorn and have to keep passing back and forth. Steps to seats pretty high for older patrons. Very clean and all staff friendly and helpful. Good variety of movies.

This is an okay theater. The reclining seats were nice but my back heater kept activating by accident. I am not too sure about the reserved seat thing. It seems to cause a lot of confusion and someone was sitting in my assigned seat when I was trying to sit down. The concession stand was unremarkable in it's offerings and was REALLY crowded and slow. $13.85 got me a large popcorn and a soda. I've seen much better theaters around in the last 10 years.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Went to see a movie on 6/28/2018 at 7:05 pm. Most of the seats were crossed off from availability but did get two seats in Row G. Once in the theater I noted that at least 60 to 70 percent of seats were unoccupied (if not more). Contacted three employees at the theater for an explanation as to why seats were being excluded from availability, including the manager. The stat reply was that seats are reserved on line which is why they were excluded when we purchased our tickets. That answer was complete nonsense. Subsequently called Cinemark guest services and they repeated the stat response that seats are reserved on line, apparently expecting customers to believe that 60 to 70 percent of reserve ticket customers never showed up. When I told the service rep Chris that I was recording his response (I made sure to tell him three times I was “not recording the conversation audio” but was typing his responses to my inquiries to make sure I was being accurate and fair in quoting his response) he cut off the call. Bottom line....so long Tinseltown from a weekly customer.

Love the new updates. Reservations and recliner chairs very comfortable. Noticed a lot of people still purchase tickets old school at the theater. All good just you need to do so in advance to make a reservation. Or you can us a movie app to make your reservations. I like fandango but their are a lot of other good ones. Happy movies 🎥

Super nice theater. Comfortable reclining seats. Solid concessions choices. The outside is being renovated, and should be a major improvement.
