I have a love hate relationship with this place. The workers here are very helpful and they are always on the top of their game in trying to approach all the customers that enter the store. The store has average pricing. You can typically find things on a better sale price at other stores. They just never have any of the things I am looking for in stock, which is always super annoying. They have a good selection of everything, they just need to do a better job of having things in stock.

Got a pixel for work plus a Geek Squad extra warranty I pay for monthly. Broke twice. Both times it was up to us to deal with all the warranty issues and if I wanted a replacement phone in the meanwhile I had top pay for it. So... what is the extra warranty for? I never get the same answer to any question and everyone feeds me scripts without even trying to help. I've never had worse service anywhere in my life and that includes the restaurant who's server just never showed up.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at a best buy. Many staff members answered multiple questions we had about building a PC, and Niko specifically was one of the friendliest people in customer service I have ever met!! Great job Best Buy, you have an amazing team!

Were there to purchase drones. Had to wait quite a while for service, but good things come to those who wait. We ended up being helped with a knowledgeable young man named Marcus. (can we adopt him?). The store's organization wasn't that great as far as the drones went. We ended up buying 2 that weren't displayed, and they didn't even realize they had them. In the plus side, they were marked down $250. Uts a good place to shop for off-the-beaten-path electronics in lethbridge, but make sure you've got plenty of time.

Very uneducated help. The Geek Squad tried very hard to get me to spend approx 300.00 to repair my laptop. Repair that it did not need. Also tried to get me to wipe my phone due to a lost password. No other way they said. With a tremendous amount of material to loose I opted out of this. Did a half hour research with Telus and Samsung I found a very simple solution.. All I can say is get educated.... Quit trying to rip people off who don't really understand...
