Do not go here! Ive been here two years in a row and payed $140 for these guys to be wrong two years in a row with over 1000$ error margin on my return. When I called I was treated rudely and they "couldnt help me". I was calculated at a 2500.00 return to get nack less $1000.00. They told me to contact CRA....

I received letters that my tax returns are under review, I called H&R block because I'm having difficulties assessing whether or not these letters are authentic (there's no record of correspondence listed on My Account, and there's errors in the letters, and they're asking for my SIN number. RC already has my SIN number). I called H&R because I had them do the returns and thought they'd be able to help me. The guy gave me the "tax inquiry" telephone number, but the number he gave was wrong and I was informed that the phone call I just made was $4.95. I found the proper phone number on Revenue Canada's site afterward. I guess I'll find out if I've actually been charged later. In addition, even though I updated my address with H&R block, my refunds were sent to an address I used to live at years ago. I guess they didn't think they had to update my address with RC?

quick and efficient. I have been doing my taxes here for a long time and haven't had a complaint.

These idiots continue to send mail to your prior address 3yrs after you've moved and switched to the online software and when asked for an explanation you get excuses and no answers , they over charge you for your returns, i suggest you avoid this place like the plague and file online for free!! These bozos will likely screw something up .
