I am giving a well deserved 5 stars. Starting right from the dispatch gentleman that answered the phone, he was very helpful and polite. Then the driver. James, showed up right on time, opened the doors for my grandchildren, then rolled out the ramp for me to drive up with wheelchair. He was polite and even made conversation with the grandchildren. Most impressive was the fresh and clean state of his van. No strong awful smells of smoke and various other odours we deal with in other cabs. When I got off the ramp at the end of the trip he even walked to the corner where I had to get up the curb to the sidewalk. This was above and beyond his job requirement.. I highly recommend this company and especially this driver. Thank you James for caring about your passengers.

I wanted to give a 1 star but I try to remember this was a one off experience. Had a driver lie about his interact system being broken and he wanted cash for a longer trip. I asked for a quote and he said $40 and I only had $20 cash. I said I thought $40 was a high estimate. He proceeded to loudly say “listen I’m the cab driver and this is how I make a living so pay or get out”. Feeling stuck in the middle of nowhere I had him take me to a nearby bank and he asked me to get cash which I tried but the bank was locked at 3am. I showed him the locked door and he proceeded to get angry and said he would call us a new cab but instead kicked me and my girlfriend out of the car and drove off. The only saving grace on my review is our driver afterwards was awesome and his interact system was working. The ride only cost $29 (other guy quoted way high). This is why people pay more for UBER... you can actually rate drivers and know what you’re getting. People pay more for quality and reliability. Something to consider for associated. Also I had a driver named Dave Wilson with associated a few times who is awesome so if you can request that guy I would.

It's potluck for good drivers and bad drivers. The first driver couldn't wait for me while I was doubled over, being sick, on my way to the emergency room. He took off and never came back. The second driver was very courteous and helpful. He explained how the bad drivers get off the hook by buying doughnuts for the dispatchers.

Hahahaha I find it ironic how horrible these guys are at driving considering that they drive for a living. The guys was kind of rude but I don't really care because I also don't really like most humans so I didn't want to talk anyway, but you tell them where to go and he didn't listen and passes my turn and acts like it my fault?! Hell no. Told him to turn the meter off until he get back on track because I'm not paying for his stupidity and if he wants to try and charge anyway he will have to pry it out of my cold dead hands.

Horrible company , would give zero stars if I could . Had driver of cab make suggestive passes towards me whilst in his car to the point where upon destination he got out of vehicle and tried to touch/kiss me . Worst experience I've ever had ,faked being nice and tried to let down easy due to fear of my own well being and safety , do not take alone or late at night . Not worth it arrive safe!! Alberta gold from now on . With associated i have had no issues with company prior but found out /experienced company needs to take more steps ,caution when hiring . Will from now on use alternative method of transportation due to safety and prolonging of life!!!!!!! Seriously stay safe ladies!!!
