Breathtaking views up from the river. Saw mountain sheep and bald eagles. Also learned a little fascinating history about the railway bridges and tunnels. Fun splashing from the white water parts of the river. There are also relaxing times too. Loved the picnic on the little river beach. Awesome experience for your Team! The guides were energized and obviously loved their dream jobs.

Staff were awesome to talk to and through their hospitality, created a warm and inviting atmosphere for me and my family. Lunch was tasty and as the manager Big wave Dave said to us "some of the finest restaurants have no set address". The canyon was madness but our guide managed to get us through with utmost precision while maintaining a calm even stoic composure. All said and done I would highly recommend HYAK raft adventures to my friends. hope to do it all again next year🤙

This is by far my favorite rafting company in Lytton, Ive been down the Thompson river a handful of times with a couple different companys but Hyak has the best and cheapest prices, and provides you with everything you need. Would highly recommend this company before any others in Lytton.

A very quaint river rafting company. The tour guides are super friendly and knowledgeable! The tour starts off with orientation and then a 30 minute drive up to the start of the Thompson River. From there we get into the raft and float down a little ways to a beach area where we stop for lunch. There are lots of delicious appy's along with a "make your own sandwich". After that, the fun began as we paddled down the Thompson hitting a lot of rapids with some very cool names. My favourite one was near the end; it was called "18's" (because it was the 18th rapid on the river). The one thing that I wish we could have done is continuous paddling throughout the trip. Although floating down the river was fun, I would have liked a little more exercise. Overall it was a very fun experience! :)
