Our group visited last week for spider man movie at this location. Parking: Most concern part. Parking spots are limited compare to available cars. We move around in parking for at least 15 min to find spots. After searching a lot, car was parked in basement area which is really scary, not cleaned & many area is barricaded. No proper signs 🪧 for basement parking. Theatre: screen is large but seats are not so comfortable. Front three raws are almost touch to screen, difficult understand design. Sound is good. 3D effect is also good but starting 10 min are not working properly which was compensated by management by providing extra movie tickets to all audiences. Food: it was not tried inside premises due to time limitation. We would like to avoid this location from next time onwards. Before movie: Almost 20 min promos & advertisements before starting movie which is too annoying.

Amazing service, love the VIP lounge! Food and drinks were great but overly priced (that pizza was $16 😂), still delicious but expensive. The chairs do not recline back, there's no foot rest like the regular reclining chairs do. It just kind of tilt back a bit. Movie screen is a bit smaller as well. Otherwise it was still a great experience! People were super polite!

Definitely worth experiencing VIP cinemas at least once. You do not get recliner seats. Instead, you get your own armrest and a small table/tray to have your food on. So, I'm just not sure if it's worth $26. The food was great considering the price, with a lot of options on the menu. The VIP staff was very polite and really helpful too!

I will start off by saying that the Food is delicious frozen yogurt is tasty. The arcade is fun and has a wide section of games and prizes. The video and sound quality is up to date and the seats are relatively comfortable. Would recommend watching movies here. 🎬

Don't know why they are not fixing things like are supposed to do for customer service. So scary to park my car underground parking lot. I wanna watch the movie AT the theater not in real life. Please don't waste your money on this stupid, no fun piano key
