Attended "Drinking Habits" - Hilarious and AWESOME acting. Telling everyone I know to go see it. Regrettable that someone took offense - saw your comment in the newspaper. Sad day when people are so hyper sensitive and so lacking in humor that they fail to enjoy GREAT performances.

Watched their production of Charley's Aunt recently. It was unbearable and I left after the second act. The quality of acting was shockingly bad. I can forgive the poor line delivery and sad attempts at a British accent. But generally one really shouldn't be looking at the entrance moments before a character is supposed to be "surprise" entering. At the end of the day, these are amateur actors, so I advise tailoring your expectations as an audience member. I think the poor directing of this production is inexcusable though. I was surprised the director would even want his name on the program for the work he's done. A terrible production to have paid to sit through. I'll have to think long and hard before I go to see another Vagabond Players production.

Da Vinci was a fascinating play well presented at very reasonable prices. The theatre is cosy with not a bad seat in the house. We were able to get seats together arriving 3 minutes before the start of the show. Just wish they had higher end snacks available during intermission like fair trade dark chocolate bars or maybe chocolates from Thomas Haas or Daniels Chocolates.

Just like the olden days, this place has so much character! Love the local shows and entertainment.
