Came here for the first time and saw Janelle Monae! Had balcony seats on the right which gave a good view of the whole stage (I would have liked to sit closer but they were the best available at the time). Sound was amazing. Only issue was that the seats were a little too close together. Other than that, I had a wicked time!

Arrived late for my show. Theater staff were really kind and polite and snuck my group in as soon as possible. The show was great! Washrooms were clean, there was a variety of snacks and drinks at intermission.staff were polite and classy all the time and I couldn't have been happier with my experience.

I've gone to several operas here. The theatre itself is very beautiful, clean and updated. The operas have been satisfactory overall, but usually it is just one or two of the lead singers who carry the entire performance. The rest of the cast lacks projection and clarity, and I always feel like they have the potential to be a amazing but are not quite there. I recently attended Eugene Onegin, and it was one of their best performance that I have seen. The sets are always beautiful as well. There are terrible lines for the women's restroom, and one could easily wait in line for 20 minutes.

Totally classy theatre in downtown Vancouver. Easy access by transit. I was surprised that we were allowed to bring food and Bev I to the theatre.

Through the glass that lines the out facing wall of the entrance, you know you're in for a treat of an evening. In a trance like state, I was escorted by the crowd to the upper echelons of the building, where I found my seat in a very modern theatre. The sound was intimidating in it's volume, but of a surprising quality. Concert accoustics were impressive for what seemed to be a theatre hall. Attend a show here and prepare for nothing to ever be the same for you again.
