First, parking in their parkade is crazy expensive, $10 to cover the time of the movie. Then if you decide to go to their "VIP" section, you're paying extra to have drinks and food brought to your seat but that is only if you're early enough. It also didn't help that when I walked up to the ticket person, all my hands were full and I was in a hurry and didn't want to miss the previews but the employee insisted I pull out my ID for them, sure some people take that as a compliment but I am not delusional, I am 27, I aint no fresh faced teen (they looked like they were about 14) in which I had to put everything down and fetch my ID. The food is horrible and insanely overpriced. $14 for nachos that were so horrible I thought they picked them up from 7/11.
All in all, It's cool you can have beer and drinks brought directly to your seat but you can't even have too much because you're in a movie, you don't want to get up to pee every 10 minutes! But for the most part, it's just a failed idea. You make 19+ pay extra for nothing, serve them outrageously priced drinks and food that are horrible. You might as well go out to The Keg or something before hand, or even the restaurant in the complex, Dublin Crossing, because it will probably be cheaper then their crazy expensive selection and the food will actually be good. the "VIP" section has made me choose to NEVER go back again and stick to the old fashioned way of going to the movies.
