As with every movie theatre, the popcorn, snacks and drinks are overpriced but is a nice treat once in a while. Cinema interior is fairly clean, but the seats are incredibly worn. My boyfriend and I were uncomfortable for a long duration of the movie. This is probably one of the better theatres as there’s tons of showings. Make sure to come earlier to general admission showings as it can be hard to grab a decent seat.

Went to see Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom With 5 and and 8 year old. Luckily we had sushi for lunch and weren’t tempted to start binge eating popcorn for $20 😂 seats are comfy but are getting dirty... overall move was fun and kids approved 👍

The place is neat and clean. Staff is friendly but I find absurd that they allow people to save so many seats for friends who are coming. It's fine to save a seat for your girl/boyfriend and maybe one other friend, but reserving a whole line it's ridiculous!!! Specially if I also paid for a ticket and I showed up early for the movie. The staff said the cinema has no policy regarding that and there was nothing they could do so they reimbursed my tickets.

The thing that is annoying me most of all is that, if you don't watch 3D, you're doomed to general admission (i.e. you have to come at least half an hour before the scheduled projection to get decent seats, and then wait for half an hour after it, because of the advertising!) tickets. Secondly, the last time we were here, the escalator going up ON BOTH FLOORS wasn't working, and instead of changing the direction of the other one to go up (because it makes sense - it is easier to go down than up, isn't it?) like they do in places where people use their heads for thinking, they kept it going down and we had to climb up all the way to the third floor! I might have not written this, but at the time I was sick and didn't want to waste tickets, so I barely had the strength to come to the theatre (I made myself going, as it was a way to make me feel better, at least mentally), let alone climb all those stairs - and I ended up feeling way worse off 😒

This should be more 2.5/5, and that's being generous. The main thing that makes this movie theater stick out, is its location. I've been there on slow and very busy days, and there seems to be no consistency in the cleanliness or customer service. Considering all the prices on the tickets and food items, you're not getting what you pay for. Other Cineplex have it better figured out. The fact that I have only once seen the upstairs concession stand open is ridiculous: I average a movie a month for reference. I have many times been to the late show, 10:30-10:45 etc, and have found the tea/coffee/ice cream concession stand closed.
