This was a lot of fun. I forget the one we Sid’s name but it was creative and lots of stuff to figure out. The guy working here on the Sunday we went was cool. He was patient and fun. It was a slow day and he sure made it fun for us. I think the fact they didn’t totally pressure us on time was super awesome and as a result we spoke highly of the experience. I will be back here to try another room in the future.

Excellent Escape Experiences! I've been a few times to Krakit, and continue to go back. The owner must be the kindest guy. He alone makes me want to continue to give him my business! But his rooms are excellent and very creative. We are always very excited to go back and check out a new room. Personal favs so far are the Wonderland theme and the Candy land theme.

It is hard to give a review for an escape room based only on 1 room visited at this location, but I will try. Recently I visited Candy escape room by Krakit. So the review is about it, and I may change it after (if) I will visit other rooms. I visited more than 50 different escape rooms (in Israel, Europe, Asia and few in Canada) and currently Candy escape room is officially in my top 5 most boring and not worth visiting rooms. First of all, the room has no idea.. puzzles and riddles are not connected one to another and have no any connection to the room idea. Actually there is no story at all. Second, the room is very linear. That means if you with a team of 5-6 ppl, 3-4 of them will have nothing to do. So Don't go there with a big team. 3 ppl at most. Third, most of the puzzles in the room are about sleight of hand and not thinking. In my opinion, sleight of hand I can train at home, and escape rooms should be about thinking. It is very annoying when you spend 10 seconds on the trying to understand what to do, and 10 minutes on doing it. Escape room is not about it. And at last, the number of puzzles in this room is (no spoilers) very small. I don't know about their other rooms, but Candy is a big "Don't go".

This escape room is particularly quiet, you can never expect a crowd even on the weekends. I guess there are multiple reasons for that: 1. Location. It's in deep Burnaby as opposed to the majority of the escape rooms (Richmond, East Van). 2. It is very pricy. They charge $50 for a room. For 2 people the price should be less. 3. They are not advertised anywhere. A Groupon deal would boost their traffic. They have 4 rooms available. We did Alice In Wonderland. It was super easy (we finished it within 25 minutes), but the riddles were exciting and the logic was flawless. Will visit it again.

One of the best places to go to for escape rooms. The rooms were very interactive and everything makes sense. There always something ready to pop up and make things exciting. It was one of the best experience we’ve had in an escape room. Would definitely come back again
