Beautiful old theater right in the heart of Castro. Great place to see older films. The prices for popcorn and drinks are surprisingly reasonable. The ladies behind the counter seemed to have an attitude as if they were doing me a favor by selling me popcorn and coke, but it was late and maybe they were tired.

This is one of the great theaters in the world. A comfortable, and amazing experience always. Every show is not merely "seeing a movie" -- it's an event. Most films are double features and there's always something special about the show. Go on their website, and go see something that looks interesting to you. Tons of great movies, and it changes every weekend. Incredible theater!

This place is a local treasure. So happy to see that it has been kept in immaculate shape. We go every year for the gay men’s chorus, but would love to go for a movie. You have to go in side to see how beautiful this theatre actually is.

This is one of the last great movie house palaces. They don't build them like this anymore. And because it's so big was such a big screen it's actually even more enjoyable to watch the movie.

This theater has some cool architecture. Kind of overpriced for watching old classics. Staff is super friendly!
