Took my granddaughters here for the first time, Had a great time. It is June, it was hot outside, but was very cool inside. Workers were very friendly. Used my coupons with no problems . Best small hometown Theater, I have been too. I would Recommend Hitching Post Theater to Everyone.

Tuesday is Family Fun Night at this theater and tickets are only $5. per person. This is quite a bargain compared to movie theaters in other cities and towns. They have recently put in new, comfortable seats and a new sound system. They also offer online discounts at the snack bar and have a Thursday Last Chance Cinema movie for $3.50 when you present your online discount coupon. We are fortunate in Tehachapi to have this affordable entertainment option.

Love our little movie theater. Very affordable and never too busy. Tuesday’s are the best when they have a discount day.

A great little theater away from the glitz and clamor of a big city. We had dinner a cross the street, did a little shopping and walk downtown. The entire night including fuel from Bakersfield was less than $100.00. We finished the nigh at this little theater and it capped off the night perfectly.

My wife and I and 5 year old son went here for the first time on New Years Day even though we have lived here for over a year. We had heard about it, all of it good, but just never went. Boy, were we sorry! This place is GREAT! So friendly and courteous are the staff that you feel like family. The snack bar is out of this world! $1 hot dogs and coupons in the local papers makes your outing even better. The sound is amazing for such small theaters and the picture rivals the bigger chains. Don't do what we did and hem and haw about going to a small theater; learn from our mistake! Do not hesitate and go see a movie at The Hitching Post, you'll be glad you did.
