Jacqui Kaese is a force to reckoned with. Her passion and dedication to her students is amazing, allowing each student to find themselves and become the actor that they are meant to be. My daughter absolutely adores her classes with Jacqui and cannot wait to take more classes and continue perfecting her craft. We love that the kids have the opportunity to not only learn from Jacqui and her staff, but also from other industry professionals who bring different viewpoints into the classroom challenging students in new ways. I have seen such an amazing change in my daughter's passion, enthusiasm and confidence in the short time she's worked with Spotlight and cannot wait to see what is next. Highly recommended!

Jacqui's classes are transformational. Eight months ago, I started taking Jacqui's classes for personal growth, to be more authentic, and to gain more confidence and presence. I haven't thought of myself as an actress. I was just curious. I wanted an adventure. I wanted to grow as a person. Not only am I growing as a person, I am growing as an actress! That's huge for me. I have a Slovak accent which makes me even more nervous speaking in front of camera and it was very difficult for me to relax and to be more connected. Under Jacqui's guidance, following her feedback, and suggestions, I am transforming! It seems like a miracle. I was so nervous to begin this journey! But, Jacqui creates a safe and nurturing environment for everyone to grow. She is warm hearted, caring and absolutely brilliant. She knows her craft and also has a lot of knowledge of the industry. Her feedback is straightforward and comes from her wise heart. I have tremendous respect for Jacqui. She is an amazing coach, mentor, friend and a brilliant woman. I trust her completely. She has integrity, exceptional ethics, she is wise, and most of all authentic and real. Jacqui inspires me to the core of my being. My heart is filled with deep gratitude that I get to experience such transformation under her guidance and that I can be part of the Spotlight Academy family. Thank you Jacqui for inspiring me, guiding me, coaching me, supporting me, and helping me to grow as a woman and an actress. It has been an incredible journey of transformation. With deep gratitude, Simona

After returning to acting after a long time, Jacqui has been an amazing mentor, teacher, and friend. Committed to her students and the craft, Jacqui fosters a safe, comfortable environment where students can build trusting working relationships with one another. Treating everyone with respect and creating a family dynamic, Spotlight Academy is a wonderful place to learn and practice your craft whether for one class, or many years!! I am so grateful to Jacqui for her support and encouragement in my personal journey of self discovery and feel I have a friend for life!! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart! Joe.

We met Jacqui a few years ago now. Our daughter wanted to try her hand in the film industry! Being new to any of this, I was excited, yet I felt frightened and meeting Jacqui was very intimidating! Looking back, I have a better understanding as to where that came from. The industry itself is intimidating. Then, for people that are new to Jacqui, lets be honest, her accent and of course she’s gorgeous is intimidating! But more than that, she has so much experience and knows and has worked with so many in the industry, is intimidating. Here’s the thing, she can’t help any of that. As soon as someone takes a moment with her, you’re put at ease. She’s so kind and most of all patient. Having so many questions, she always took the time to answer them professionally and with a natural kind-heartedness. I’m never afraid nor do I feel silly asking her anything. One of my favorite things about Jacqui is that she never rushes a conversation. Lots of people do. And it makes a person feel less important. She is easy to talk to. I wouldn’t change a single thing about her honestly. What’s intimidating, can’t be helped. You want her experience and expertise! Years later, although our daughter now 14 is pursuing other passions, we still take in various Spotlight camps with Jacqui and Zach and am always grateful for any knowledge and guidance she shares with us… We still feel a part of her Spotlight family and continue to look forward to the next time we get to have a hug from Jacqui

I have been attending Spotlight Academy since early September 2017. The whole experience taught me that I AM ENOUGH. I struggled with believing in my abilities as an Actor. I have to say, working with Jacqui Kaese has changed my life as a person and as an actor. Jacqui is an incredible woman, very nurturing and creatively brilliant, while brutally honest. She takes the time to help each and every one of her students improve and achieve their objectives in her many programs. Although I attend Spotlight Academy to develop the skills to be a working actor, others come to be more socialble and/or to gain confidence. I have have a background in Acting for the Theatre, but that training doesn’t come close to that offered at Spotlight Academy. Jacqui actively works in the industry daily and shares her expertise with the class from a business and creative aspect. There have been numerous times where I needed to bounce some ideas off her and she was there to listen. Both during class or many times outside of classes. If that’s not enough to tell you what kind of a person Jacqui is...let me tell you; if you’re wanting to partake in one of her many workshops, and you don’t have a place to stay, a ride, or a means to pay it; she’s willing to help, if she can. Joining Spotlight Academy isn’t like joining an organization that wants your money. It’s like joining a family and Jacqui Kaese is the Mother Goose, you’ll grow to love. She will help you FIND YOURSELF and BE FREE to BE YOU. By: Jazz Campbell
