Line ups are always a problem. I feel like a criminal with the new camera system they've installed on the self-checkouts. Staff are not helpful. I needed someone called for Sensodyne Toothpaste, because they keep it locked up (because that makes sense). Nobody came for at least 15 minutes even after we called multiple times and had another staff go get someone, and we ended up leaving and getting it from somewhere else. Another example of bad service: the cashier we used didn't even acknowledge us because she was talking to another cashier. She totally ignored us for a good couple minutes until they finished their conversation. Then finally she turned to us and started ringing in our order, but didn't greet us or even read off our total. We paid and she just handed our receipt without a word and started scanning the next customers orders. Very rude.

Convenient, lots of parking, great hours and great prices. Neat, tidy and clean. Staff are approachable and helpful - if they can't find a product, they'll find someone who can! Not as large as the PoCo Superstore, but so conveniently located and a great addition to Coquitlam Centre.

It's a Walmart in a very convenient spot. Generally well stocked though if you want seasonal stuff it gets hidden fairly quick.

Walmart in the Coquitlam Town Center is a store that looks big, but lacks the many things you might look for. First ever visit last year, they only had macaroni and cheese by Kraft for pastas. Staff would not easily help and if asked if there were more of a item, standard answer was, "All we have is on there that you see." Wont move a muscle to try helping customers. A year later, there are a bit more pasta choices, but services is still mixed (ratio of 7/10 on changed). If I know what I need after checking status online, I'll probably drop by. If not.. I rather go to lougheed to check things out. But, I got to say, service at Lougheed, better by a fraction as well.

Unlike other Walmarts this one doesn't have a wide selection and a lot of times things run out. It's also impossible to find anyone to assist you.
