It's okay. They serve your food quickly and the food court is fairly clean for the most part. They also charge you less of things like gravy compares to other KFC.

fast, and nice staff. been here mannyyyyy times never dissapointed. The only thing is their fill-ups and other menu items cost more

My son picked up an 8pc meal yesterday and when I opened the bucket everything was super tiny. I took a photo and called over to the store. I spoke with the manger who told me to bring my receipt in over the next two days and he would “do something for me”. Today for dinner I pop over to the mall and unload my baby who’s fussy. I spoke to the assistant manger, showed her the photos, and she told me she would speak to the manager and come back. After waiting, and waiting and the baby getting fussy she comes back and tells me she will give me two wings. I asked to speak with the manager and she tells me he’s downstairs. She calls him and brings me the phone. I ask him why he didn’t just tell me on the phone the day before that he was only willing to replace two wings. That I never would have bothered coming back. He hears that I’m frustrated and negotiates one more pc?? I tell him I’m not going to negotiate chicken and that I’ve wasted my time coming in, that I’m going to grab food elsewhere and just write a review. He tells me he can’t replace the 6 small pcs and I said “that’s fine, you have a unsatisfied customer” and then he negotiates 4. I tell him I want to get off the phone and he keeps going and going. I tell him “simply put, when a customer is dissatisfied you usually just say, mám, you’re next one is on us” who negotiates chicken?? My god. Bottom line, terrible customer service. Waste of money. Next time I’ll just go to the drive thru behind the mall.

Absolutely the worst experience I had in a KFC franchise. The staff were so immature and unprofessional. The chicken wasn’t well cooked and they charged extra for the refills.
