Best Buy

I can always trust Coquitlam Centre's Best Buy, they have never let me down. First of all, Granville Best Buy was a terrible experience. I was told I couldn't get it returned there so my sister drove all around to return it for me. They also said I damaged the laptop which was false because the employee here just wiped off whatever the "damage" was. I called the store wondering what the deal was with returning the items I bought because the customer service rep for Best Buy said I had until tomorrow but a store employee was saying that today was my last day. I was so confused and frustrated because I had a laptop which easily overheated, half the memory was used up for the laptop itself, and the pen kept glitching. And because of a Granville Best Buy employee falsely claiming that I damaged the laptop they said I can't return it. I was so angry because I spent over 2000 dollars and it seemed like I was going to be stuck with this laptop which I barely even used and my refund policy time wasn't up yet. The laptop was absolute trash to me. The manager and employee from this store put up with my calls and frustrations. Seriously god bless them and every employee in this store for putting up with my bs and calling. They deserve all the praise in the world because when my sister came to drop off the laptop they were nice to her and the process was a breeze. The "damage" was a scuff mark or something so the employee was super nice about everything and even apologized for the mistake of the Granville employee. Truly amazing. They did not deserve to be dealing with my frustrations. The manager especially kept reassuring me the best he could and trying to work things out so I wouldn't be so upset. I feel so bad that I let my anger get the best of me and I will try to work on that. I was the one acting out of line and I accept full responsibility. I would recommend coming here to get your shopping or exchange/refunds done.

Manager is awesome, smart! Comparing to Langley, surrey, Coquitlam best buy! Workers, not so much, but hey if manager is smart, you can just ask for her, no one would understand and was able to help us get the 65 OLED LG with all policy for return, she was very cooperative!

Very good shopping experience. Sales personnel on the appliances section were very helpful. They were knowledgeble and had a desire to provide quality service to customers

Spacious... Atmosphere is relax. No pushy sale person. Staff are helpful and polite. I would definitely come back.

Vinay was absolutely excellent in helping me with various types of files that needed to be transferred from a previous hard-drive, not Google-based so complicated. This ability had everything to do with helping me get back to work, for which I need my computer and all its files. Vinay was committed, caring, easy to talk to, and got the job done. I feel very grateful. Thank You!
