Graytek

I had a terrible experience with this company. I spent close to $40,000 with these guys upgrading our home audio visual to control 4 a few years ago. They completed the job ok. After this, I needed help with the motorized shades (which had absolutely nothing to do with the $40,000 upgrade).. The guy they sent had no clue whatsoever and didn't fix the problem but on top of that wanted to charge me for many hours he didn't spend (I was here the whole time and knew exactly how long he was here). I still paid them for the time he was here (even though he didn't fix the problem). After I brought this up to them, they would not do any service for me for the $40,000 upgrade of the audio visual. They have all my RIT files from the upgrade and now I have to incur costs again to hire someone else. They are not professional in their attitude and I don't recommend them.

Shawn and his team at Graytek have been a pleasure to work with. Problems that inevitably come up throughout the course of a project were dealt with in a timely manner and the accountability, professionalism and quality of their work was well received. We would be happy to work with Graytek again on our next job.

Graytek’s team put together a fantastic system for me and my family. Shawn guided me through the entire process in a comfortable and understanding environment. Their technicians worked very well with the trades on site and everything was transparent through the entire process. Our system that included a theatre, lighting control and audio throughout the house is easy to use for the entire family. It was done in such a way that I can build off of it in the future.
