I had a great experience with the manager yesterday. I’d been having troubles with my second iPhone 6+ and she managed to get me a deal into getting another phone and working something out within my budget. Very friendly, definitely cared about the position I was in, and was understanding and professional. Thank you very much! Would definitely recommend this location, it may get busy sometimes but I prefer this location over others 100%.

Apple isn't interested in replacing your phone battery. After trying to convince you not to replace your battery, they will run a test. And unless it runs extremely poor they will charge an additional fee for replacement. I'm my case they refused to replace the battery due to suspected water damage to the phone. A service so easy I was able to get it done at a non apple store for less money. And better yet I didn't have to wait 2 hours before being rejecting service. If this was any other kind of hardware you could replace the battery with just a battery and YouTube. My favorite part was having a tech blame the product instead of the battery. I had even requested a battery before any potential water incidents. But sadly they convinced me to hold off on a low cost solution. And its inaccurate to suggest these older batteries won't decline in capacity over years of excessive use.

Poor customer service. Especially for an Apple. Pacific Center is far superior. Genius staff have an odd attitude and appear to think that customers with technical issues are trying to fleece them. On another point, I asked about the "special" phone battery replacement Apple is doing after the Apple batteries were found to be defective [in essence] and the person doing the appointments gave me a rude response - they will not tell you whether they have batteries in stock and want you to book to come in just so they can tell you (!) All without a smile. Very odd store overall if you want technical support of any kind.

It depends who is helping you I was there last week to buy two iPhone.had to wait at least 15 to 20 minuets in the queue to get a sale man .the salesman (Brandon) was very helpful and know his work very well and explain me all the details I need to know on the phone I am getting.he help me till the end ,transfer all the contacts details to the new iPhones . He did a very good job.thanks again Brandon .it was good doing business with you,

Bought a mac computer a few years back. I was working on it one day and my buddy pointed out that my screen had something going on. Almost looked like some smudges behind the screen. He said that apple would replace my screen. Went into the store and they replaced it for free (it was still under warranty years later). They also told me it would take 3 days. They called me 1 day later and said it was finished. Great service. This is why I will continue to buy apple computers.
