I visited this location a few times to buy a computer as my laptop had crashed. The first time none of the associates approached me and I ended up leaving empty handed. However the second time I dealt with a very helpful gentleman and ended up leaving with a new laptop that day. He was very informed and I am super happy with the choice I made bases on his advice. Good location with lots of product.

You will not go wrong at Best Buy. However, do your due diligence before going down to buy a product. I had to go back and exchange one item as I missed checking one feature. That said, the staff is great and very helpful.

This is a great Best Buy store. It's good sized, lots of stock, and plenty of helpful staff - when you want help. You can also browse easily without pushy sales staff. This is the way Best Buy works, but they do it up right at this location. Also being right downtown makes it super convenient for those of us who live in the area.

I went to buy earbuds for my girlfriend. I stood in front of the BOSE earbud and was thinking about which one is better, the Bose or the Samsung. And then, one of the seller came to me. He asked me if I need any help, I said yes, and I asked him about Bose and Samsung. Unfortunately, he did not give any good answer, he just said these 2 products are common. And I have to figure it out by meself by using Google to search the result. And the person did not even allow me to think about it, he kept pushing me to buy one of them. Well, lucky for him, I did want to buy the Bose one, I just want to know if Samsung one is also good or not. Then this young guy started selling me the warranty, and I did want to buy the warranty if the warranty including the "drop & split" warranty. This guy tried so hard to sell me the warranty, he said the warranty can do whatever you want. And I almost believed him. However, when I went to the customer service, people there told me the warranty can just replace the faulty part. To do that, you will need to bring the full package. Obviously, that young guy was totally a fraud, he just tried to sell me everything. It was a really bad experience. But the good thing for that person is, he is full of passion, he went to the storage room to grab me the BOSE earbud by just using 30 seconds. All in all, there are few things in the world I would not buy: 1. KFC fries 2. Cars without negotiation 3. Screen protectors from retail stores 4. Meal in Dublin Crossing 5. BESTBUY WARRANTY

I went to bestbuy.ca looking for a smart lock. Website said that they had 1 in the Granville store. I walk in with an extremely heavy bag pack (coming from work with a lot of photography equipment). Cant find anyone to help me so I figure out where they keep the smart locks. I find a whole shelf of empty boxes so again, I have to look for an available employee which took me around 10 minutes. I tell him about the lock and he says they are in the back and has to go and get it. comes back 15 minutes later saying he cant find it and that someone had the same problem a few hours before. So they knew about a missing smart lock but they wont update the inventory. I ask to speak to the manager, first he smiles at me. Can I help you sir? I explain the whole ordeal and then he gives me an extremely long excuse. When I ask him why do you put so many empty boxes in the shelves if you dont have the product? Why dont you put an out of stock sign? you guys are doing your job wrong. It makes no sense that you keep all those empty boxes in the shelves you are deceiving your customers. Then he turned very angry and sassy and said : Literally..... I did not expect the manager to start a sentence with Literally so I did a 180 and left the store. Went home and bought it on amazon
