Absolutely blew me away with their services. Went to get a washing machine and dryer, Ivan helped me find the perfect set, and the delivery installation team gets an A+++++. Took away the old set, Set up, works perfectly, they just took care of everything and I hardly had a chance to say how grateful I was. You guys are awesome. Thank you so much!!

In November of last year, I purchased an iPhone at this Best Buy. When asked if I wanted Geek Squad protection I said "no" because last time I broke my phone screen and paid into the plan, they lied to me and said it was covered when it wasn't. However, the Best Buy person helping me assured me over and over again that they had a new plan and if I paid an extra $2.00 a month, I would get accidental protection that would cover screen replacements 100%. Well, I just broke my screen and went to Geek Squad and they told me I had to call a 1-800 number to file a claim and then they send me a box and then I have to send them my phone and then one day - after a $200 fee and now phoneless - I get my phone back. I just went to a repair shop and they are a top shop in Vancouver and they charge $200 for the exact same job and it takes them 1 hour and they do it right there. Also, when I had apple care and did the exact same thing, they gave me a new phone on the spot. I have tried to make a claim on the phone but have been transferred to 6 different agents because no one knows how to do it. Each time, I had to verify my account by answering 4 different questions. So painful. I have also looked over the terms and conditions and no where does it say there is a $200 deductible. It only says there is a $150 deductible if you need a new phone. To sum up, don't trust a word Best Buy employees have to say when it comes to protection plans because they will lie right to your face and cost you hundreds of dollars and Geek Squad is useless. I am done going to this chain. I miss Future Shop.

Poor service, they automatically assume that you're in there trying to steal something. And when you ask them to assist you with a specific product. They lead you away from it assuming that you can't afford it or something. At least that's been my experience every time. It's a little aggravating. I walked in with $2000 cash to buy something and walked out with something I didn't want or even use, just to get the heck out of there. Was that $50 worth it ?

Absolutely love this place. Whenever I talk to the Best buy employees, they are knowledgeable and if they are not able to help you, they acknowledge that and find someone to help you. You would always leave happy from this place. Google store within Best buy is the main attraction with their new Google home max stealing the show. Google people are very helpful, 😅 just feel free to talk to them for any Google hardware related questions.

Best Buy doesn't negotiate, which makes for a three star review. Salesmen are decent but really no selling involved of you can't haggle. Selection is good and there is parking but the parking isn't cheap.
