Amanda did a fabulous job with my taxes, made sure I understood everything clearly, and had me out the door within 30 minutes of dropping in! Very time efficient and great customer service as far as I’m concerned. Definitely a bonus having someone with a good sense of humour working!

DO NOT GO HERE! The guy I had had no idea how to deal with US stocks. When I came back for a second time they had lost half my material. I was told I would pay 180 and when I cam back to pay at the end (of a very long process) it had jumped to 300+. Do not risk it. No where to complain, no one to talk to, nothing!

Horrible and a bit sneaky i must say they did 3 years for me one a cash back took the other 2 years out of that one telling me all 3 returns were fine but 2 were not this is a scam at its best folks if thet are that low to scam 300 from me for fees lol then watch out . vesry deceiving as well as cant pass simple messages for 3 days . this was sad. Dont even ask what they did to my wife

I had just received my t4 so I figured I would rush over to h and r to do my taxes. When I first go there I waited 20 minutes then got into the office which was fine as that's not a very long wait. One inside the office we started doing the typical tax forms but after 5 minutes inside the booth I was told that Canada revenue had not updated my account yet I had my t4. I thought that was strange but I was told to rebook an appointment in which I did, for a few days later. Couple days go by and it's time for my appointment at 2pm. I went over to h and r block being there 10 minutes early and then I ended up waiting until around 2:15 for the receptionist to tell me I have to leave because they had forgot to book my appointment from a few days earlier so I was screwed and had to rebook again. How can we trust people to be doing our taxes if they can't even book us properly for an appointment. It's very unfair that I was turned away yet I had an appointment booked before anyone else in the office yet I was the one forced to leave. They wouldn't even go above and beyond to help me out after they had already screwed me over. h and r block needs to remember they are here to serve us people instead of being like the government and constantly screwing us. I will never recommend h and r block ever again to any one no one should have to deal with the horrible service you will receive at the h and r block. I'd vote 0 stars if I could 1 is generous
